T10 Cricket
T10 cricket is a professional cricket consist of 10-over per side. T10 match consists of 90 minutes.in 2017 Emirates Cricket Board approved and launched a T10 cricket league founded by Shaj Ul Mulk. He is also chairman of the T10 league. In 2018 ICC officially sanctioned the league.
In the first edition of the T10 played in UAE six teams took part in the league Kerala Knights and Maratha Arabians are from India while Pakhtoons and Punjabi Legends are from Pakistan and Team Sri Lanka and Bengal Tigers are from Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, respectively. Kerala kings and Punjabi Legends reached in the final while Kerala kings won the tournament and Punjabi legends are the Runner up team. Shahid Afridi took the first ever hat-trick in the history of the league. Luke Ronchi was the top scorer of the tournament he scored 197 runs while Sohail Tanvir, Rayad Emrit and Hasan Ali took 5 wickets each.
In the second edition of the T10 league in 2018 played in UAE three new teams joined the tournament while the team Sri Lanka was not the part of the T10 league anymore and Karachians changed their name to Sindhis.
Northern Warriors won the title defeated Pakhtoons in the final by 22 runs. Nicolas Pooran from the West Indies was the highest runs getter. He scored 324 runs while Hardus Viljoen is the highest wicket-taker he took 18 wickets.
