Virat Kholi is an international cricket belongs from India he was born on November 5, 1988, in Delhi. Kholi was 9-year-old when he went to West Delhi Cricket Academy. He was trained under Rajkumar Sharma. He made his first-class debut in 2006 for Dehli. He captained the India Under-19 team. He made his ODI debut against Sri Lanka. He played as reserve batsman in the Indian team soon he established himself as a regular batsman in the team now his the number one ODI batsman. He made his Test debut in 2011 he has success in the T20 format as well. now he is the captain of the Indian team in all three formats.

In 2002 Kohli played at under-15 level for Dehli in Umrigar Trophy he was the leading scorer in the tournament.In 2003-04 Umrigar Trophy he was captaining his side and he scored in 390 with an average of 78 which includes two hundred and two fifties. In 2004 he was selected for Delhi under 17 cricket team for Vijay Merchant Trophy where he scored 470 runs in for innings with an average of 117.50 which includes two hundred and with double hundred he scored 251 he finished the tournament as the highest scorer he made 757 runs with an average of 84.11
In 2006 Kohli made his debut and he was selected for India under-19 team for the tour of England he did well at the tour he scored with an average of 105 in three-match ODI series and with an average of 49 in test match series. He was impressive with the bat against Pakistan as well he performed with an average 58 in the test match series and 41.66 in the ODI series.In 2006 he made his first-class debut for Delhi he couldn’t perform well at his debut match. He showed great commitment to the cricket and to his team when he decided to play the match on the day of his father’s death and he scored 90 runs.
In 2007 he as selected for interstate T20 tournament he made his T20 debut in this tournament and he is the highest runs scorer for his team. In 2008 at the ICC Under-19 cricket tournament he batted at number 3, for his team he scored 235 runs at an average of 47 in6 matches. He also scored a hundred against West Indies. Kohli also played for Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL he sold out for $30,000.
Virat Kohli International Carrer:
In 2008 at the age of 19-year Kohli made his debut for India in One day international series against Sri Lanka he made only 12 runs in his debut match he batted in that series as a makeshift opener. In a fourth match of the series, he scores his first fifty. After the Sri Lanka series, he has selected In India A team for the tour of Australia but he got to bat only once in the series and he scored 49 runs. He also played for Board President’s XI in a four-day match against Australia he made a century in the first inning against a very strong bowling line-up. He was also selected for England tour for ODI series but he couldn’t get a chance to play in a series.
In 2009 he was selected for four-team Emerging player’s tournament which held in Australia. He did well throughout the tournament. He scored a century in the final match against South Africa. he scored 398 runs with an average of 66.33. He was the highest runs scorer in that tournament.
In 2009 ICC Champions Trophy Kohli was selected in the squad he batted at number 4 for his team as a replacement of Yuvraj Singh. Kohli won his first Man of the match award against West Indies where he remained not out on 79 runs. kohli included in a squad for the home series against Sri Lanka where he scored his first one-day international Century he made 107 off 111 balls in the fourth ODI.
He was selected for tri-nation tournament in Bangladesh in 2010 because Tendulkar was rested for that tournament. In this tournament he performed really well he scored two fifties and he also made his second century of his career he finished the tournament as leading runs scorer.
In 2010 kholi named the vice-captain for the tri-series in Zimbabwe against Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka. In the series, Kohli became the fastest batsman to reach 1,000 runs in ODI for India. He also made his T20I debut against Zimbabwe where he remained not out on 26 runs.
