Ashely Nurse


Ashely Nurse is a West Indies cricketer. He plays in List A, T20 and first-class cricket for Barbados. He is a right-handed batsman and a right arm off-break bowler.His top score in ODI is 42 and he took 152 wicket in first-class matches.

Domestic Career:

He started to play his domestic cricket for Barbados in 2007 and still he is playing for Barbados. He also started to play for Montreal Tigers in 2018.

International Career:

On April 21,2011 he had made his Twenty20 International debut for West Indies against Pakistan. He scored 33 runs in his first debut in which he bowled four overs and failed to take any wicket. In his second T20 International match he played against India and in that match, he showed marvelous performance with the figures of 4-0-23-0.


Against Sri Lanka, he made his One Day International debut in the second match of the tri-series.West Indies Players Association awarded him Regional Limited-Overs Cricketer of the Year in July 2017.For the 2018-19 season Cricket, West Indies awarded him a white-ball contract in October 2018. For the 2019 Cricket World Cup, he was selected for the West Indies squad in April 2019.
