Kane Williamson Cricket

Kane Stuart Williamson is a New Zealand international cricketer who plays in all formats of the cricket game. He is a right-handed batsman and a useful right-hand off-break bowler. He is one of the top batsmen in the world. He has 31 international centuries so far. He is the current captain of the New Zealand side in all the formats. He holds the record to made 2692 runs in all form of the cricket in a single year. His bowling action was also suspended 

Domestic Career:

Williamson started his domestic cricket at the age of 17. He debuts for Northern Districts in first-class cricket. He also captained New Zealand under-19 cricket team. In 2011 Williamson played for English county cricket club Gloucestershire he played for two seasons from 2011-12 after that he joined Yorkshire cricket club in 2013 he remained in the squad till 2018. He also played in IPL and CPL.

In IPL he signed by Sunrises Hyderabad in 2015. He is the part of that team who was IPL season 2016. He is the current captain of the SRH team. Under his captaincy, SRH finished the tournament as runner-up they have defeated by Chennai Super Kings in the final. In 2018 IPL season he was the top scored of the tournament led by 735 and won the orange cap as well.

International Career:

Williamson made his appearance in international cricket in 2010 debut for New Zealand national side in ODI format. He was bowled out on Duck in his first match. He made his first ODI hundred against Bangladesh in 2010. He established himself as potent number 3 batsman. Currently, he is batting at an average of 45.90 and made 5,554 runs with the help of 11 hundred and 37 fifties in 139 ODIs. He also picked 35 wickets as a bowler.
In T20 format, he made his debut against Zimbabwe in 2011. He is brilliant in this format too scored 1,505 runs at the batting average of 31.35 with 9 fifties and century yet to make.

In test cricket, Williamson made his debut against India back in 2010. On his debut, he was brilliant with his bat he made his maiden test hundred scored 131 runs off 299 balls and eight batsmen of New Zealand to score a century on his debut test match. He was again brilliant in the series against West Indies he scored 413 runs including 161 runs inning. In 2015 on the tour of Sri Lanka he scored a double century (242 runs) not out. He also keeps the record of having most 1172 runs in a calendar year by a New Zealander in test format. So far he played 72 test matches made 6,139 runs with a batting average of 53.38 and scored 20 hundred and 30 fifties. He also bowled as a part-timer and picked up 29 wickets.
