K L Rahul Cricket

Kannanur Lokesh Rahul (K L Rahul) plays for India at international level in all the formats of cricket game born on 1992 in Mangalore. He is right-handed top order batsman. Occasional he keeps the stumps as well for India. He can also bowl right-arm medium. He has centuries in all the formats. He is the first Indian to score a century on his debut.
Rahul was also suspended by BCCI for giving a controversial interview in a TV show.

Domestic Career:

Rahul plays his first class for Karnataka made his debut in 2010- present. He played for India in 2010 under-19 cricket world cup. He also played for South Zone in 2014-15 Duleep Trophy. In the final match, he played a massive first inning of 185 off just 233 balls and 130 off 152 balls in the second inning. So far he played 68 first-class matches scored 5411 runs with an average of 48.74 with 14 hundred and 27 fifties.

In the IPL Rahul played for Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2013 season but in the 2014-15 season, he went to Sunrisers Hyderabad. In 2016 - 17 season he came back to RCB and in 2018 season he played for Kings XI Punjab as well.

International career:

Rahul played his debut Test match against Australia in 2014 MCG on the Boxing day test he couldn’t be able scored big runs but in the next test match he opened the inning for India and made his first test hundred. In the next two series, he was not fit to play the match. He made his second Test hundred against Sri Lanka scored 108 runs. he also kept the stumps due to the injury of Wideman Saha. So far he played 34 test matches for India and made 1905 run with help of 5 centuries and 11 fifties at the average of 35.3.

In One Day international, he made his debut against Zimbabwe where he scored his maiden century. He appears in 13 matches for India scored 317 runs with an average of 35.22 and he scored 2 fifties and one hundred.

Ruhal also played in T20 format for India on his debut match he against Zimbabwe he got out without scoring any run. He played 19 T20 matches he scored 2 centuries and 4 fifties made 696 runs averaging 49.71 with the top score of 110.
